I’ve just returned from my first YIN reformer class and I cannot overstate how amazing I feel – my body is relaxed and open and my mind clear and calm. I have an incredible sense of well-being. The class felt amazing all the way through, from the beginning breath work, through the stretching, to the relaxation at the end. I can see that it’s going to benefit both my body AND my mind and possibly lower cortisol when performed on a regular basis. It was one of the most enjoyable classes I’ve taken and is great in contrast to my normal Pilates strength class. I’m looking forward to the next session!
