Strength Pilates
Where the reformer meets strength training.
Strength Pilates is a smart blend of Pilates principles, spring resistance, strength training and dumbbells. This class is designed to help you move stronger, safer and with more control. By combining lifting, spring resistance and functional movement, Strength Pilates supports muscle strength, joint stability, balance and coordination.
Resistance-based training can also help support bone health by stimulating bone strength, particularly through the spine, hips and wrists. This makes it a powerful option for long-term strength, healthy ageing and injury prevention.
What to expect
- Strength training with Pilates principles
- Reformer-based resistance work
- Dumbbells and functional movement patterns
- Controlled tempo and intentional load
- Push, pull, hinge, squat and lunge-based programming
- A focus on strength, stability and control
Each class is different, with a focus on key strength patterns including push, pull, hinge, squat and lunge. Sessions may include reps, tempo work, load, and EMOM-style training, with options tailored to each client’s strength and ability.

Reformer Yin
Slow. Restorative. Deeply grounding.
Reformer Yin is a unique blend of traditional Yin yoga principles and the supportive resistance of the Pilates reformer. This class targets the deeper connective tissues, including fascia, ligaments and joints, through long-held, passive stretches. Using the reformer allows for gentle assistance and deeper access into each posture, making the class suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Expect a calm and grounding experience with minimal transitions. Poses are held for longer periods to help improve flexibility, mobility and joint health, while also supporting mindfulness, breath awareness and nervous system recovery.
What to expect
- Long-held, passive stretches

- Minimal transitions and a slower pace
- Breath awareness and mindfulness
- Deep release through the fascia, joints and connective tissue
Perfect for...

- Anyone feeling tight, stressed or fatigued
